On Thursday, November 29th, Jo Corvetti’s dad, Steve Kelleher brought his violin to play for us. Steve told us about the parts of the violin, the bow and using resin on the bow. He played several familiar songs, such as Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. He then allowed the children to hold the bow and play the violin. It was very exciting for the children who wanted to try it! At the end, Steve invited everyone to choose an instrument and play along. Some children danced as well. It was lots of fun. Thank you Steve for sharing your talent.
Please enjoy pictures of your children participating in this event.
